Vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain are usually observed as signs and symptoms of cervical cancer. Before cancer detected in the cervix, cervix cells go through changes, called as dysplasia, in which abnormal cells start to expose in the cervical tissue. Over a period, the abnormal cells may developed into cancer cells and begin to grow and spread more deeply into the cervix and surrounding areas.
