Home staging is a professional preparation of a property for sale or rent, but at a low cost. A good first impression is the main goal of home staging.Appropriate accessories, lamps and impeccable order - thanks to such inconspicuous changes, we can significantly increase the value of the property.

Apartment must shine!

Before putting the apartment up for rent or sale, the most important thing is to clean it thoroughly. The apartment must be spotlessly clean. It is unacceptable to leave the spider webs in corners, on paintings or near lamps. Each room should be thoroughly vacuumed so that all the dust is gone. Particular attention should be paid to curtain rails, radiators and window sills - dust often accumulates on them, it is easy to forget to clean these elements. Cabinets and countertops must be degreased and cleaned.

Also, the upholstery should be thoroughly cleaned - be it from hair or grease stains. If we are unable to clean them, it is worth using the services of a professional company.

Worn and torn rugs look very unsightly, so they need to be replaced or thrown away.

A clean interior always makes a positive impression.

Take care of windows.

Windows are one of the most important pieces of real estate equipment. Make sure they are tight - if they are old and damaged, it is worth investing in new windows. They illuminate the entire interior, so they also need to be perfectly clean. When cleaning windows, you should also remember about door frames and external window sills.

Curtains also matter - the heavy and richly decorated ones limit the natural light. We recommend using light, translucent curtains.

Floors.

Floors must also be sparkling clean. There must be no clouds of dust on it. If we have a parquet, it is worth refreshing and polishing it. If our floor is made of PVC tiles that are already damaged, it is worth replacing it with floor panels.

Fragrant interior.

Before listing the property for sale / rent, it is worth getting rid of bad smells. The rooms must be thoroughly aired. An interesting option is the ozonation of the interior, or the use of an aerosol. Delicate fragrances work best.

Arrangement of the apartment.

The interior arrangement should be functional and give the impression of spaciousness. Too much furniture appears cluttered and confusing. Unused furniture and unnecessary decorations should be displayed: artificial flowers, posters or mismatched pictures.

It is also worth taking care of order in kitchen cabinets and chests of drawers - thanks to this, we will be able to present how spacious and functional these furniture are. We recommend leaving some space free - this will give the wardrobes an impression of spaciousness.

The best solution to refresh the interior is to paint the walls. When choosing new colours, it is worth focusing on light, subdued colours - they make the room seem larger and more spacious. Neutral colours should encourage customers to rent / buy.

It is worth introducing a pleasant atmosphere into the apartment by placing fresh flowers, a fruit basket or using colourful decorative pillows.

Hide private stuff.

To create a friendly space for everyone, remove all private accessories: souvenirs, photos, diplomas. The interior should be neutral and universal.

Fix the faults.

All flaws must be repaired before introducing the first potential customers. We also recommend checking all bulbs.

Clean bathroom.

Customers pay attention to the size, functionality and cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathroom should be hygienically clean, everything must shine - tiles, mirrors, a shower cubicle. We need to get rid of mold from the grout and fungus from the walls, and take care of a fresh smell. Nothing scares off customers like a dirty bathroom. It is also worth buying new fittings.

Professional photo session

The process of preparing real estate for rent / sale culminates in a professional photo session. The photographer will know exactly what to display and how to make even an ordinary apartment look spectacular. The right photos make the interest in the property much greater.

The apartment prepared in this way will find buyers quickly. The above tips are very important if you want to sell or rent a flat quickly and at the best possible price. When preparing a property for sale or rent, it is worth emphasizing the advantages of the space at our disposal and making the interior cozy, home-like and almost ready to move in.
