SET University is a technological institution providing higher education to future technology industry leaders. It has created various programs for Ukrainians to grow in the IT sector. Now the university offers two new master’s programs to enhance the country's innovative engineering and cyber defense. The founder of Roosh and SET University, Sergey Tokarev comments on the unique free training in business analytics for Ukrainian women.

Very soon, Ukrainian women can participate in a free three-day training “Leading with Confidence in the AI World.” According to Sergey Tokarev, the training is initiated by the UC Berkeley Fisher Center for Business Analytics at the University of California, Berkeley. Its objective is to help Ukrainian participants grow professionally with the use of high-tech and dealing with any data.

The training will be conducted offline on August 30 in Kyiv, Ukraine. The participants can send an application by August 18. Ukrainian women who are in charge of oriented projects in the economic or charitable spheres and not only can apply for the course.

"Currently, to take part in the program, we invite Ukrainian women who lead socially oriented projects in the economic or charitable spheres, as well as those who suffered from war or were internally displaced, as well as women working in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine and Special Operations Forces. The course will include an understanding of the need for fast, accurate, frugal, and ethical analytics,"SET University president Iryna Volnytska writes on Facebook.

Sergey Tokarev explains that this initiative is women-oriented because the SET team focuses on investing in high-quality education and motivation for Ukrainian women. The Rosh founder wants to break the stereotype stating men dominate the IT sector.

"I am well aware that men are still dominating the technology sector and I want to change this trend. Therefore, we are now investing in high-quality education and motivation for women—with the latest achievements in data processing and, of course, using AI in the work of female specialists," Tokarev writes.

“Leading with Confidence in the AI World” is the first workshop in partnership with the Fisher Center for Business Analytics. The course will be held by Gauthier Vasseur, a director and professor at the UC Berkeley Fisher Center for Business Analytics, an expert in data analysis and digital transformation. Vasseur teaches business leaders how to use data science and analytics to build and implement business strategies. Professor has joined the SET University staff as an Adjunct Professor and an academic board member.

SET University has also launched two master’s programs, according to Sergey Tokarev. They are Cyber Defense and Computer Science and Innovation Engineering. These programs are excellent for managers, team leaders, innovators, software and hardware developers and non-technical specialists. Due to these programs, participants can enhance their expertise, create technological projects and structure their knowledge and skills.
