AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI has recently launched an initiative to revel in the present. The aptly named “In the Moment” campaign, invites guests to put down their electronic devices in favour of relaxation and creating unforgettable memories at the resort’s River Pool, a secluded enclave within the resort’s Forbes Travel Guide 5-star The Villas at AYANA Resort.

The new initiative prohibits guests from pulling out their electronic devices between 9am to 5pm.

“Guests are more than welcome to stop by between 7am to 9am or 5pm to 7pm to capture the breathtaking scenery of River Pool,” explains Clive Edwards, General Manager. “However, many of our guests visit AYANA to completely unwind and decompress from their day-to-day lives, so we feel that it is important to have a private place where visitors can focus on connecting with one another and taking advantage of some well-deserved me-time.”

To help guests detach from their electronic devices, AYANA provides complimentary games and activities to play by the pool, including magnetic chess, cards, Sudoku, and Jenga.

AYANA’s dedicated mixologists have also created a unique In the Moment mocktail menu featuring refreshing drinks comprising island fresh tropical fruits and juices with names to match - Digital Detox; This is my Time and Right Here, Right Now.
