Client Leverage Ladder" for repositioning and enhancing client value; the "High-Value Breakthrough Method" for creating products with greater value and trust; and the "Marketing Triangle Matrix" for integrating human resources, client bases, and operational systems to plan business expansion. Instructor Credentials
